Connected Intelligence replaces regional estimates with real-time bin readings: temperature, moisture, and fill level from low-cost retrofit sensors installed on your existing bins.

What counts as one farm?
One subscription covers one independently managed farm operation. Multiple tracts, counties, storage sites, and related legal entities may be included when they share the same operating plan, inventory position, financial assumptions, and marketing decisions. Separately managed farms require separate Farm Workspaces.
Can one person manage more than one farm?
Yes. One registered user can manage multiple Farm Workspaces, but each independently managed farm requires its own subscription or free-plan status. Managing several independently operated farms? Contact GrainIQ about multi-farm administration.
What if one operation has several entities or locations?
Owned acreage, rented acreage, multiple fields, storage sites, counties, and related land, equipment, or operating entities may stay inside one Farm Workspace when they function as one integrated operation. Separate regional management, crop plans, inventory positions, marketing decisions, financial assumptions, or profit-and-loss responsibility mean separate Farm Workspaces.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront and provide 12 months of access from the subscription purchase date. A subscription started on September 14, 2026 renews on September 14, 2027 unless cancelled before renewal.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled before the next annual renewal date; access remains available through the paid current period.
Does GrainIQ provide commodity trading advice?
No. The platform provides quantitative market analysis and educational context. It does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any commodity position. The model reads market environments — you make the decisions. If you need a licensed Commodity Trading Advisor, we're happy to refer you to one.
Is my farm position data sold or shared?
Never. Farm position data entered on this platform is not sold, shared with buyers, elevators, or any third party. It is not used to create market asymmetry against the people who gave it to us. This commitment is written into GrainIQ's ethics charter and binding on all investors.
What commodities are supported?
Currently: corn, soybeans, soft red wheat, hard red wheat, grain sorghum, and rough rice. Cotton is on the roadmap — ICE pricing and bales/pounds units require separate configuration. Additional commodities are added as regional demand warrants.
How are launch testers handled?
A small number of launch beta testers receive lifetime Tier 2 access free via a one-time access token. Tokens are generated by GrainIQ and distributed directly. If you're interested in being a beta tester, contact us.
What's the difference between the Intelligence Platform and Connected Intelligence?
The Intelligence Platform is software — it runs entirely without hardware, using public data sources and your own inputs. Connected Intelligence adds physical bin sensors that feed real-time grain condition data into the same platform. They're separate subscriptions. Many operations will start with the platform and add sensors when ready.
