Free Proof Ledger Tool

45Z Proof Packet Builder

Build a farmer-owned proof packet for reduced-CI grain records. Organize field-level evidence, preserve official USDA FD-CIC output when available, export a buyer-facing summary, and optionally create a metadata-only FarmBridge verification stub.

Free 45Z packet builder. Use this free tool to organize and preserve the records that may support reduced-CI grain marketing. GrainIQ helps you prepare the proof packet; it does not certify tax eligibility, guarantee premiums, or replace USDA FD-CIC.
Private by default. Drafts stay in the builder. Only finalized and signed packets are written to the Proof Ledger. FarmBridge stubs are metadata-only and omit sensitive packet contents unless you explicitly opt in.
Farmer-entered only. This free builder does not import stored grain inventory, Module 3 market analysis, Module 5 financial records, or Module 6 records. Add or attach only the evidence you choose to include.
Packet setup

Create the crop-year, crop, and location wrapper for a 45Z Reduced-CI Feedstock Packet.

Fields / management units

Add one field or management unit per row. Sensitive agronomic details stay in the private packet and are not copied into FarmBridge by default.

Evidence and FD-CIC output

Attach supporting document references. Files are hashed client-side for the evidence index; finalized packet metadata is written to Proof Ledger.

Disclosure model

Each export/share action shows what is included. Private full packet is the master record. Buyer PDF is a summary. FarmBridge stub is metadata-only.

Actual yieldActual yield may be required inside the 45Z packet, but it is not copied into FarmBridge by default because yield data is commercially sensitive and not necessary for basic producer verification.
Nutrient/fertilizer recordsNutrient records may support a reduced-CI claim. GrainIQ stores them inside the 45Z packet only. They are not added to FarmBridge unless the farmer manually authorizes disclosure.
Buyer and sale recordsBuyer and sale information may be needed inside a 45Z packet, but it is not copied into FarmBridge by default because commercial counterparties, bushels, moisture, and transaction timing are sensitive.
CI scoreThe CI score can be shared if the farmer chooses, but it is withheld from FarmBridge by default because CI values may affect commercial negotiations.
Field boundariesFarmBridge stores field aliases or hashed identifiers by default. Exact field boundaries are not copied unless the farmer chooses to disclose them.
Full packet PDFFarmBridge stores a reference to the packet, not the packet contents. The farmer controls who receives the full packet.
Advisor Review Access

The farmer owns the record. Advisors can review it only by invitation.

Advisor access is read-only. Advisors cannot edit, finalize, revoke, or supersede your packet. You control whether they can view CI scores, sale information, buyer information, evidence attachments, or export the buyer-facing PDF.

Advisor access is scaffolded for future read-only sharing. Entering an email records the farmer’s intended advisor settings inside the private packet only; it does not send an invite or grant live account access in this static pass. Advisors cannot edit farmer records.

Finalize and export

Before finalizing, review what will be included in the full packet, buyer PDF, advisor view, and FarmBridge verification record. Sensitive farm data stays private unless you choose to share it.
